Project Overview
The goal was to create a new web based platform for online printing, being the market leader in the field.
The platform provides solutions for small-medium businesses and private costumers, including the option to design online in a dedicated editor or upload already designed PDF files, choosing from a variety of printing configurations, and receiving the printed products by delivery.
The client: Beeri Print, a leading print house, previously specializing in B2B mass printing.
The Process
- Researched potential user needs, competing platforms and e-commerce user flows
- Created wireframes and low fidelity prototypes, compare different user and product flows
- Worked closely with the design studio to create high fidelity mockups and overseeing the development handoff
- Art direction of product images in a collaboration with a professional photographer
- Managed the continuous development and success of the project from the UX and design aspect, including expansion of the products and services the platform provides and modifications based on user input
